What happens in a 1:1 session with Morgan?

This is a highly personalized, one-hour coaching call where we take a deep dive into what’s working, what’s not, and how to refine your wellness approach so it actually fits your life. Whether you need clarity on nutrition, daily rituals, energy levels, mindset shifts, or just a reset, this session is designed to cut through the noise and give you real, tangible steps to feel good—effortlessly.

How long is a session?

How long is the session? Your session will last 60 minutes, giving us time to cover your biggest wellness questions and create a clear, customized plan for you

Where do the sessions take place?

Sessions are held virtually via Zoom so you can join from anywhere in the world. You’ll receive a private Zoom link after booking.

How Do I Prepare For A Session

Not really! But if you’d like to make the most of your session: ✔ Think about what you’re struggling with—nutrition, energy, stress, routines, etc. ✔ Write down any specific questions you have so we can dive right in. ✔ Come with an open mind—this is about your unique wellness journey, not following anyone else’s rules.

Is this a meal plan or diet coaching session?

Nope! This is not about restrictive diets or rigid meal plans. Instead, we focus on finding what actually makes you feel good—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Morgan takes a holistic, intuitive approach, helping you build sustainable wellness rituals that work for your body and lifestyle..

What happens after I book?

Can I book more than one session?

Yes! While one session will provide immediate clarity and direction, many clients love to continue working with Morgan for ongoing refinement and accountability. If you’d like a 3-session package, let us know after booking!

What if I need to reschedule?

No problem! We know stuff comes up, if you need to reschedule, please email us at [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance so we can find a new time that works for you.
